Dr. Zimmerman understands what it's like to not be taken seriously. He's been the catchup patient and ignored by traditional medicine.

Dr. Zimmerman's wife suffered with chronic fatigue, brain fog, headaches, dizziness, and mood changes that were blamed on being a teenager. Years later during his training, Dr. Zimmerman was able to put together the pieces of her puzzle and has done it for thousands since.

It didn't end with his wife, both of his grandparents died with neurodegenerative conditions. His grandpa's started with a car accident where he suffered a brain injury that was never treated and he was never the same.

Why a Discovery Consultation?

If you are like the majority of our patients you are looking for something different and want not only answers but solutions. You have been left frustrated because no one seems to be able to find the missing pieces of your puzzle. You know something is missing but not sure what. The discovery consultation is the first step in providing you with new information that will help you to start realizing what pieces of the puzzle may need to be looked at but haven't yet.

The consultation allows us to make sure those that we accept into care have the highest likelihood of achieving the results they are looking for.

Will this work for me?

We get it, if you are like our average patient then you've tried multiple other things before coming here for care which has you skeptical. But, if you are like our average patient then you know there has to be something else out there and are determined to get better.

We don't look for the magic bullet because for most of our patients there is more than one thing going on and it's not that simple. We understand that the body works as a whole unit, brain and body. It is through this very unique approach that we've been able to help so many others who didn't see the desired results with traditional, functional, or other alternative forms of medicine.

It is through our evaluation and initial exam that we are able to figure out what are the missing pieces of your puzzle and put together the best plan for you.

Do you accept insurance

Why We Don't Accept Insurance: Insurance companies dictate cookie-cutter care with minimal testing. Our patients need comprehensive diagnostics that insurance won't cover. While we're out-of-network, many patients find the investment worth it because they finally get answers.

We provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Do I have to be local to participate?

We can only provide care to those who reside in a state our providers are licensed in or those who travel in for care. Our providers are currently licensed in Florida, Utah, and Idaho.

Depending on the care you need, it is usually necessary to be present in the office. We have many individuals who fly in from other states for the specialized care we provide. If you are receiving neurological care and do not reside in the local area you will need to be able to travel and stay for 1-2 weeks of care at the clinic.

If we believe your care can be managed appropriately through telemedicine then we'll discuss that option with you.

What does the process look like?

During the consultation with Dr. Zimmerman, he'll decide the appropriate initial exam that will help you find the answers you need. We have exams we can complete in 1 day and others that are 2 days. We do not provide cookie cutter care and the exam that will give you the greatest likelihood of achieving your desired results will be selected.

If you travel from out of town for a discovery day, we'll review all neurological testing that day and you should plan on being in the office for 3-3.5 hours.
